1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, making a booking, or otherwise using the services of OneSkies LLC ("OneSkies," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Traveler," "Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by phone, by email, or through any other channel operated by OneSkies.
2. Our Services
OneSkies is a U.S.-based IATAN-accredited flight consolidator (IATAN ID 14588000 · TRUE Code 99904770) specializing in discounted business class, first class, and premium economy international airfares. We source negotiated fares through consolidator contracts not publicly available on airline websites or general booking platforms.
OneSkies is a travel agency — not an airline, not a metasearch engine, and not an AI itinerary generator. We are a human-staffed concierge agency. Final contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline(s). We act as your agent in procuring ticketed travel.
3. Quotes & Bookings
All quotes are non-binding until a booking is confirmed and full payment (or deposit as agreed) is received. Fares are subject to availability and can change at any time prior to ticketing.
A booking is confirmed when: (a) you have approved the itinerary in writing (email confirmation or checkout form), (b) payment has been processed, and (c) tickets have been issued. You will receive an e-ticket or booking reference to the email address provided.
You are responsible for verifying all booking details — names, dates, flight numbers, routing, and fare conditions — before confirming. Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees or require a full rebooking.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway (Authorize.net Verified Merchant). By providing payment details you authorize OneSkies to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Your card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees independently; OneSkies is not responsible for issuer-side charges.
A service fee may be included in the quoted price. This fee covers agent time, fare research, and post-booking support. All applicable fees are disclosed before final payment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the carrier(s) involved. Most consolidated fares are non-refundable or carry significant cancellation penalties. You will be informed of the applicable fare conditions before confirming your booking.
To request a cancellation, contact us at sales@oneskies.com or +1 (888) 887-1737 as soon as possible. OneSkies will process the request per the airline's rules. Any refunds approved by the airline will be returned to your original payment method, less applicable airline penalties and a OneSkies processing fee.
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, OneSkies will act on your behalf to secure a refund or alternative routing per airline policy. We are not liable for airline-initiated changes beyond our control.
6. Changes & Exchanges
Date changes, route changes, and name corrections are subject to airline fare rules and availability at the time of the request. Change fees charged by airlines are passed through in full. OneSkies may charge an additional handling fee for processing exchanges.
Requests for changes must be submitted in writing to sales@oneskies.com or by phone to +1 (888) 887-1737. Changes cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the airline and re-ticketed by our team.
7. Passenger Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring all traveler names match the government-issued ID that will be presented at check-in. • Obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for all destinations, transit countries, and re-entry. • Meeting health, vaccination, and entry requirements imposed by each country. • Arriving at the airport with sufficient time for check-in, security, and boarding. • Reviewing airline baggage policies — consolidated fares may have different allowances than published fares.
OneSkies is not liable for denied boarding, deportation, fines, or costs arising from failure to comply with travel document or entry requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
OneSkies acts as an intermediary between you and the airline. We are not liable for: acts or omissions of airlines or other carriers; delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or diversions; lost, damaged, or delayed baggage; personal injury or property damage during carriage; force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneSkies' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fees paid by you to OneSkies for the affected booking. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the OneSkies website — including text, design, logos, and code — is the property of OneSkies LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at sales@oneskies.com to attempt resolution in good faith.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at https://www.oneskies.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
